Yes. Upgrades apply immediately. You're charged only the prorated difference for the rest of your current billing cycle, and your new limits take effect right away.
Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date, not immediately. You keep your current tier's benefits until then. If you upgrade again before that date, the scheduled downgrade is automatically cancelled.
Yes, at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current paid billing period, after which paid content locks, your enrollments and progress are preserved.
No refunds are issued under any circumstance, as stated in our Refund Policy. Admin may occasionally grant discretionary access extensions on a case-by-case basis.
